Patricia Hart, 69, passed away at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville, IA, on Saturday, February 19, 2011.
Patricia Ann Hart was born in Graysville, MO, on May 31, 1941. She grew up in Graysville with her grandmother, Lucy Ann Sparks and uncles Clifford Sparks, Doyle (Doc) Sparks and Junior (Bill) Sparks who preceded her in death. Parents, Rita Mae Leck and stepfather Arthur L. Leck also preceded her in death.
Patricia married Robert Lee Hart in Unionville, MO, on July 28, 1962, and he preceded her in death on January 9, 2010. Four children were born to this union: Debra Trent and husband Lonnie of Unionville, MO; and John Edward Hart, Glen Alan Hart, and Betty Lyn Hart, all of whom are deceased.
Patricia worked as a CNA. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She especially liked playing card games and would sometimes cheat just to make the game last longer.
Patricia is also survived by siblings Carroll Dean (Joe) Clay, George Leck and wife Carol, Rita (Sue) Hill and husband Jim, and Lilly Stevens and husband Charley. Other surviving relatives include:

One great niece also survives whom she called grand-daughter: Misti Bridges, her husband John and their children Alissa, Johnnie and Lorelie.
Others who preceded Patricia in death are father and mother-in-law Robert C. Hart and Nellie Hazel Hart, brother-in-law Clarence Crain and sister-in-law Linda Carol Hart
At her request, Mrs. Hart was cremated and there will be no services. Playle and Jones Family Funeral Home in Unionville, MO, is handling her arrangements.
