Gary Lynn Willows

Gary Lynn Willows, 69 of Kirksville passed away Friday (May 20, 2011) at Northeast Regional Medical Center.

The son of C.L. “Buzz” and Beva (Shanks) Willows, he was born August 25, 1941 in Joliet, Illinois.

Gary is survived by his sister, Janet Spencer and husband Ron of New London, MO; two nephews, David Willows and Chris Willows and wife Anna of Columbia, MO and one niece, Melanie Bramon and husband Robert of Lees Summit, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Kenny Willows.

Gary resided at Halliburton Hills in Kirksville. He loved to interact with people and had special names for his caregivers.

Gary’s family would like to thank his extended family at Halliburton Hills for their years of loving care and support.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday (May 22, 2011) at Maple Hills Cemetery in Kirksville.

Pallbearers will be Andy Magruder, Will Green, Andrew Jones, Tim Dunlap and Remington Rimer. Honorary bearers will be his friends from Halliburton Hills.

Visitation with the family will be from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at
