Donna Norene (Canaan) Hunter departed this life on December 25, 2012, at the Putnam County Care Center in Unionville, MO, where she had been a resident for about eight years.
Donna was born on May 7, 1929, in Lucerne, MO, the daughter of William and Ethel (Smith) Canaan. She married Jesse J. Hunter on April 24, 1948, and he preceded her in death on February 21, 2007. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 24, 1998.
