Vickie Lee Osborn

Vickie Lee Osborn, 60 of Kirksville passed away Monday (September 9, 2013) at Northeast Regional Medical Center.

The daughter of Harold and Vivian (Whittom) Osborn, she was born November 21, 1952 in Kirksville, MO. On September 27, 1980 she was united in marriage to Junior Selby.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother-in-law.

Vickie is survived by one sister, Barbara Brandenburg of Novinger, MO; two nieces, Loretta Brandenburg of Kirksville and Lori Brandenburg of Kirksville; one nephew, Jason Brandenburg of Kirksville; along with two great nieces and several great great nieces and nephews.

Vickie lived in Kirksville area all her life and worked at the Sheltered Workshop until health issues arose.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, camping, dancing, karaoke, and collecting Elvis Presley and Bobby Sherman memorabilia.

She was a very caring and loving person and will be missed by many.

Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. Thursday (September 12, 2013) with funeral service to be held at 11:00 a.m. at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home with Virgil Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Prough Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Andy Kelso, Freddie Shaw, Rick Armstrong, David Collier, Dillon Modaff and Alan Whittom.
