Mark W. Aaron, 63 of Brashear passed away Sunday (February 16, 2014) at University Hospital in Columbia, MO.

The son of Harold and Fara Delores (Osborn) Aaron, he was born March 5, 1950 in Gary, Indiana. Mark grew up in Gary where he attended the Edison High School. He served in the United States Army, serving at Fort Knox and Fort McClellan until his discharge. He was a truck driver all his life, driving mostly over the road. He enjoyed working on cars, model cars, traveling and stock car racing.

Mark is survived by two brothers, Dennis Aaron of Brashear, MO and Duane Aaron of Highland, IN; one sister, Doreen Aaron of Kirksville; nieces and nephews, Danny Aaron, Shawn Aaron, Leanna Jones, Risa Howard, Mike Himes, Bryson Howard, Chaz Howard, Aaliyah Howard and Darian Howard; several great nieces and nephews and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday (February 20, 2014) at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home with Pastor John Bowen officiating. Burial will be in Park View Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home, 2100 E. Shepherd Ave., Kirksville, MO 63501 660-665-2233
