FAYE WEBER

Reva Faye Weber age 81 of Kirksville passed away Friday morning May 9, 2014 at Highland Crest.

Faye was born on March 16, 1933 in LaGrange, Mo the daughter of Marion and Reva Lee Lafler Harrison. On August 15, 1953 in LaGrange, MO she was united in marriage to Jack Weber who survives. She is also survived by a son Dr. Andrew Elton Weber and wife Vickie of Brazoria, Texas; one sister Marian Judith Schattgen and husband Dave of Hannibal, Mo.; two step grandchildren Dawn Delaine Craig and Jennifer Ryan and four great grandchildren Elizabeth, Madison, Elliott and Olivia.

Faye was reared in LaGrange where she attended the LaGrange schools. After graduating from High School she attended the Quincy Conservatory of Music, than continued her education at Canton College and Kirksville State Teachers College (now Truman State University). She taught school in LaGrange until moving to Kirksville in 1964 where she taught until her retirement.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church and member of O.E.S in LaGrange.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P. M. Monday (May 12, 2014) at the Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home. Music will be provided Cheryl Newland. Interment will be in the Maywood Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Richard Tate, Angela Walbring, Mickey Tate, Eddie Buck, Cliff Jordan and Gene Walbring. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dave Schattgen, Calvin Calso and Glenn Novinger.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at
Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home
