Dollie Walker, 49, of Unionville, MO, passed away at the Putnam County Memorial Hospital in Unionville, MO, on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, after a brief stay.

Dollie Mae Walker was born on December 15, 1964, the daughter of Sarah Sue (Sparks) Hicks. Dollie “Teddy Bear” liked to watch movies and listen to music, especially Elvis Presley. She loved to collect wolves and Indian collectibles. She donated to many organizations, including St. Jude’s and the breast cancer foundation. There are many children in Unionville that she considered like her own and will be dearly missed by all.

Dollie is survived by her man, Billy Jarvis of Unionville, and three daughters, Kristal Loomis and husband Brandon and Mary Schaefer, all of Unionville, MO, and Kimberly of the state of Iowa. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Thomas, Xavier, Selena, and Marissa. Other survivors include a brother, Okie Fletcher of Las Vegas, NV, and aunts and uncles, Leotha Clary, Maxine Williams, and Jean Thillkill all of Wellman, IA, and Ann Jarvis and companion Robert Garr of Delta, IA.

Dollie was preceded in death by her mother and by a niece, Veronica Darling.

Dollie’s body was donated to medical science and there will be no services. Memorials may be sent to Billy Jarvis, 303 N. 21st St., Unionville, MO, 63565.
