Donna Fink, 68 of Novinger passed away Monday (February 9, 2015) at Boone Hospital in Columbia, MO.

The daughter of Floyd and Dolly (Stanley) Billington, she was born February 22, 1946 in Shibleys Point, MO. She was united in marriage to Richard Sells and to this union three children were born. She was united in marriage to Lee B. “Joe” Fink and he survives.

Also surviving is one daughter, Wanda Sells of Green City, MO; two grandchildren, Crystal Balfany of New Albin, IA and Jeremiah Hurdle of Green City, MO; three great grandchildren, Payton Balfany, Preston Balfany and Max Onstead; three step sons, Jeff Fink, Chris Fink and Mark Fink all of Minnesota; seven brothers and sisters, Kathleen Hagberg of Waterloo, IA, Lorene Cooper of Florida, Eilene Weisenberger of Evansdale, IA, Darrell Billington of Novinger, MO, Pearl Billington of Waterloo, IA, Thomas Billington of Waterloo, IA, and Richard Billington of Waterloo, IA; one step sister, Marjorie Hennen of Gallatin, MO; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two children, Skeeter Sells and Connie Sells; her first husband, Richard; one sister, Helen Hermance; and one brother, Floyd Billington Jr.

Donna grew up and attended school in Shibleys Point, MO and Waterloo, IA. She later moved to New Albin, IA and then retired back to Missouri to be with her family’s heritage. She worked for Rath Packing and owned and operated a tile business.

She enjoyed gardening, being a homemaker, wall papering, and taking care of her dog, Pocket. She loved her family and enjoyed family gatherings.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday (February 13, 2015) at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Morelock Cemetery north of Novinger.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday at the
