Pauline Adams 86, of Kirksville passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015, at her home with loved ones by her side.

The daughter of Everett Pearl and Gertrude B. (Ertel) Adams, Pauline was born August 8, 1928 in Greentop, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Everett Pearl Adams, Jr., who died while serving our country, and one sister, Lucille Adams.

Pauline was reared in Greentop, MO where she attended school, graduating from the Greentop High School. She was best known for her 40+ years as secretary and assistant to Dr. Milton English. She was baptized at the Christian Church in Greentop and enjoyed the Joel Osteen Ministry on TV. She was a member of the ELK Group.

Pauline will be missed by her two cats, Suzie and Missy, many cousins, Shirley LaCore, Jane Story, Nancy Meade, Bill Ertel, Marlene Mullins, and Dale Ertel; and her devoted friends and caregivers, Dana and Gurden Tague.

Graveside service and Entombment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at the Park View Garden Mausoleum, Garden of Prayer with Reverend Alan Coonfield, officiating.
