She and Charlie Bill were active sponsors of the youth group the God Squad for many years. Every year Alice baked goodies and made scores of Christmas plates for friends and families in the community. It was a Christmas tradition she shared with Charlie Bill and her three children. She liked to sew, paint, and do other craft projects, as well as travel. She and Charlie Bill spent winters in Florida from 1995-2013.
