Anna Lee Thompson, 93, passed away peacefully in her home at Atria Valley Manor in Tucson, AZ, on February 3, 2009.
Anna Lee Maxine (Roberts) Thompson was born in Putnam County, MO, on June 9, 1915, the daughter of Fred and Lucy (Ward) Roberts. She was married to Woodrow Thompson who preceded her in death. She and her family moved to Tucson in 1958. Anna Lee was a self-employed beautician.
Anna Lee is survived by a daughter, Hedy Bach and her husband Ralph and by granddaughters Rayann and husband Mike, and Tamara and husband Ray. Her great grandchildren are Brandon and Desirae and her great-great grandbaby is Anaya.
Graveside services will be held for Anna Lee Thompson at the Lucerne Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16th, 2009. Playle and Jones Family Funeral Home in Unionville will handle the arrangements.
