Terry Paris
Terry Paris, 60, of Novinger, MO passed away Wednesday (September 16, 2015) at his home.
The son of Lester Clarence and Shelby Jean (Harris) Moses, he was born September 19, 1954 in Chicago, IL. On June 10, 2000 in Kirksville he was united in marriage to Marge Bishop.
Terry is survived by his wife, Marge; three sons, Robbie Wood and wife April of Stanton, VA, Robert Jones and wife Tiffany of Hannibal, MO, and Michael Jones and wife Michelle of New London, MO; two daughters, Wendy Wood of Waynesburg, VA and Belinda Stivers and husband Chris of Kirksville; two half-brothers, Clifford Dale Cook and Thomas Cook of Nebraska; sixteen grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.
Terry was raised in Chicago until the age of fifteen, he moved to Virginia were he played in a band “The Findells”. In 1990 he moved to the Kirksville area where he worked at PSF and did heating and cooling work. Most recently he was a desk clerk at Days Inn in Hannibal, MO. He donated blood regularly, enjoyed his grandchildren, hunting, fishing, golfing, music, auctions, was a St. Louis Rams fan and helping others. Terry was very outgoing and made a friend with everyone he met.
Terry’s wishes were to be cremated and no service will be held. Arrangements under the direction of
