William Miller

William Miller, 64, passed away Friday night (October 30, 2015) at Moberly Regional Medical Center.

The son of William and Viola Mae (Taft) Miller, he was born March 6, 1951 in Monroe County, Iowa. He grew up in Monroe County and attended and graduated from the Oskaloosa High School. William worked for Pepsi Cola and also in the Des Moines Hospital for several years.

He enjoyed CB Radios and belonged to several CB Clubs where he went by the name of Radar.

He is survived by a brother, Ronnie Miller and wife Mary of Lancaster; two sisters, Betty Roberts of Oskaloosa and Shirley Maynard of Pocahontas, AR; and several nieces and nephews.

William is preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday (November 5, 2015) in the Smith Cemetery near Albia, IA.

Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Johnson, Chris Baker, Dennis Baker, Kip Ellsworth, Nathan Johnson, Ronnie Miller Jr., and John Maynard.

Visitation will be after noon, Wednesday (November 4, 2015) with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the
