Perry L. Bramhall, 88 of Farmington, Missouri passed away Monday (May 25, 2009) in Farmington.
The son of Dan and Lola Jane (Arment) Bramhall, he was born November 20, 1920 in Centerville, Iowa. In 1943 in Kirksville, MO he married Wilma Delores Westfall and she preceded him in death on March 22, 1992. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Howard Earl and Lavern Glen, six brothers and one sister.
Perry is survived by one son, Dr. Perry D. Bramhall of Farmington, MO; five grandchildren, Tracy Schmitz, Perry Wayne Bramhall, Dale Bramhall, Mike Bramhall, and Kayla Bramhall; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Perry attended the Grant Country School in Putnam County. He served in the U.S. Army during W.W. II. He was a long time resident of Kirksville were he was in the ceramics business, Tinker Top Ceramic Shop, for several years. He later lived many years in Millard, MO before moving to Farmington.
He was a member of the Square Dance Club since 1960.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday (May 28, 2009) at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home with Reverend Dewayne Wellborn officiating. Burial with military rites will be in Park View Memorial Gardens in Kirksville.
Pallbearers will be Perry D. Bramhall, Perry Wayne Bramhall, Dale Bramhall, Michael Bramhall, Johnnie Westfall and Randy Schmitz.
Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday (May 27, 2009) at the
Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home
