Time to say goodbye
Morning has broken
like the first morning,
Brother Raven has spoken
at the breaking of day.
Mourning doves are calling
To the souls departing;
Night has descended,
And this life has now ended.
Great Spirit I pray thee,
Please deliver me from the night,
On golden wings, let my soul take flight.
Deliver me Father into the Light
If it be his will, may God grant peace to his ashes and joy to his soul forever. AMEN
