Ronald Riley, 75 of Olathe, Kansas passed away Monday (May 3, 2010) at the Kansas City Hospice House.
The son of Howard J. and Marthena (Chambers) Riley, he was born February 12, 1935 in Kirksville, MO. On November 24, 1969 in Miami, Oklahoma he was united in marriage to Oleta Sallee.
Ronald grew up in Kirksville and graduated from the Kirksville High School in 1953. He served in the United States Navy for four years. He returned to Kirksville and graduated from Truman State University. He worked as a salesman for several years until going to work for Radio Shack selling computers, he then worked as a computer consultant until he retired.
He was a member of Kirksville lodge #105 A.F.&A.M. and the ElKadir Shrine Club.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Oleta of Olathe, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday (May 7, 2010) at Maple Hills Cemetery with Reverend John Dungan officiating. Burial will following in Maple Hills Cemetery in Kirksville, MO. No visitation will be held.
