Ann Feese

Ann Feese, 80 of Kirksville passed away Friday (July 2, 2010) at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO.
Ann was born on February 4, 1930 in Norwood, Missouri, the daughter of Ira Thomas and Oka (Dennis) Scarborough. Ann was united in marriage to Lincoln R. Feese on August 24, 1947 in Mountain Grove, Missouri.
Ann is survived by one son, Dan Feese of Kirksville; one daughter, Sue Lobina of Kirksville; one brother, Perry Murphy of Kearney, MO; one step brother, Charles Barnett; two grandchildren, Sam Lobina and wife Connie of Raymore, MO and Danny Lobina and wife Jaci of Moberly, MO; three great grandchildren, Anthony; Izak and Spencer and nieces and nephews.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister Jeanne DeGabrielle.
Ann was reared in Beaumont, Texas where she attended school and graduated from Beaumont High School with the class of 1947. She was a homemaker and worked as the parts manager for Feese Volkswagen which she and her husband owned. Ann loved to sew and was an accomplished seamstress. She was a member of the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church. When her children were growing up she served as a Cub Scout and Girl Scout leader.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 A. M. Monday (July 5, 2010) at the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church with Father Christopher Cordes officiating. Music will be “Ava Maria” and “Amazing Grace” “On Eagles Wings” and “How Great Thou Art” provided by Sarah Delaware and Joan Jones. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery at Mountain Grove, MO at 2:00 P. M. Wednesday (July 7, 2010).
Pallbearers will be Sam Lobina, Danny Lobina, Jerry McKim, Roger Hamilton, Jim Crnic and Lonnie Byrn.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 A. M. until the time of the service at the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church.
