Betty Daniels

Betty Daniels, 66 of Kirksville passed away Monday, June 15, 2020 at Chariton Park Health Care in Salisbury, MO.

The daughter of Wiley and Dorothy (Jennings) Holt, she was born October 20, 1954 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. On November 25, 1978 in Hannibal, Missouri she was united in marriage to Curtis Daniels.

Betty is survived by her husband Curtis; three children, William Lewis Daniels of Kirksville, Amber Dawn Daniels of Hannibal, MO and Clark Shelby Daniels of Kirksville; four grandchildren, Kylar Daniels, Braydon Perkins, Kaydon McCully, and Stephanie Perkins; four sisters, Carol, Jennifer Helen, and Beverly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, one half sister and one brother.

Betty graduated from Hannibal High School in 1973. She worked at the Shoe Factory in Hannibal for 18 years and then for Ryval and Display Center in Hannibal. She then began cleaning homes and did that for twenty-five years in the Hannibal and Kirksville areas. She was an avid church goer. Was a member of Freedom of the Road Riders and loved motorcycle rides.

Betty was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements in the care of Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home.
