Billy Williams, 69 passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019.

Billy was born July 27, 1950 in Milan, Missouri to Merle and Evelyn (Richardson) Williams.

Billy is survived by one brother, Jerald (Ruby) Williams of Brookfield, MO; one brother-in-law, Larry Hines of Milan, MO; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, one brother, one brother-in-law, Judy (Ike) Chapman, Darlene (Dottie) Hines, Laverda Campbell and Larry Joe Williams.

Billy spent all his life in the Milan area.

Billy was cremated and burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Milan at a later date.
