Guy Dixon

The son of Audrey and Stella (Reed) Dixon, he was born June 30, 1930 in Novinger, MO. On August 30, 1950 in Kirksville he was united in marriage to Ethel Bozarth.
Guy is survived by his children, Guy Lee (Pat) Dixon of Marceline, MO, Stanley (Janie) Dixon of Kirksville and Evelyn (Jacob) Jeffries of Kirksville and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ethel; one sister, Gerldine Harris; and one son, Lester Don Dixon.
At a young age Guy helped his father out on the farm. He owned and operated a Salvage Yard, a Tire and Wrecker business and Wild Country Collectables. He enjoyed fishing, collecting antiques and yard sales.
Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Bozarth Cemetery in western Adair County.
