Judy Macomber, 78 of Queen City passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020 in Moberly, Missouri.

The daughter of Lester Loyal and Viola Belle (Mitchell) Holcomb of Grinnell, Iowa, she was born May 15, 1942 in Iowa City, Iowa. On August 31, 1960 she was united in marriage to Zebina Macomber.

Judy is survived by her children, Zebina Paul Macomber and wife Pamela of Lancaster, MO, Roberta Montgomery and husband Ellison of Murray, KY and David Macomber of Queen City, MO; one sister, Margaret Ann Holcomb Meek and husband Steve of Grinnell, IA nine grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Zebina on July 18, 2019; three brothers, Jerry Lester, Russell Richard and William George Holcomb and one great grandchild.

Judy lived in Queen City where she raised her children. She worked and retired from Hollister’s after 22 years. She was kind to everyone she met. She loved to travel with family or friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Dooley Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Dooley Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Greentop Cemetery.
