On October 21, 1995, he married the love of his life, Lillian Rose Millman, a Missouri Department of Conservation Resource Forester assigned to several counties including Putnam County.  Larry drafted the plans for their Prairie Log Home (Harmony Hills on Spring Rush Creek) on their small family farm where they raised horses, mules, cattle, dogs, chickens, and ducks. They shared twenty-seven years of marriage filled with adventures and laughter, forging lasting memories.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his aunts and uncles: Faye Dickerson, Hazel and Bill Funnell, John Sheely, Evelyn Ford, Genevieve Sell and Bernice Sell; his brother-in-laws, Brad Gran and Irving J. Millman and his “adopted” sister, Maritza Ream, joining them all in heaven.

Surviving Larry is his wife, Lillian; his sister, Mary Alice Sell Donovan Gran; niece and nephew Melinda (Clayton) Hensley and Bill (Jodi Looft) Donovan and their children: Will Hensley, Hazel Hensley and Addison Donovan.  Larry is also survived by his favorite Uncle Willis Dickerson as well as sister- and brother-in-laws Robert (Sue) Millman, Susan Millman McPherson, Julia (Michael) Cole, Janet Millman (George Boyer), Martin (Judy) Millman, Barbara (William) Cole, David (Catherine) Millman, Steven (Lori) Millman, Helen Hartmann and many cousins from both sides of his family.
