The son of Marvin and Karen (Treese) Justus, he was born January 5, 1975 in St. Joseph, MO. Peter was united in marriage to Rhonda Presswood in Novinger, MO in 1996.
Peter is survived by his wife, Rhonda; one son, Ryan Justus and wife Ayana of Casey, IA; his mother, Karen Spencer of Trenton, MO; two brothers, Patrick Snow of St. Joseph, MO and Mike Justus of St. Joseph, MO; one sister, Tammy Kennedy of Trenton, MO; his mother-in-law, Fred’a Presswood of Winigan, MO; a sister-in-law, BeLinda Jones of Independence, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2000 and his grandparents.
Peter graduated from the Milan High School with the class of 1994. He served his country in the United Sates Army. Most of his working career was as a nurse’s aid. He was an avid hunter and loved going to the shooting range and reloading.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday (March 7, 2018) at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.
