Samantha Lynn Peek

Samantha Peek, 30, of Unionville, Missouri, died in an automobile accident in Adair County, Missouri, on Monday, December 28, 2020.

Samantha Lynn Peek was born in Davenport, Iowa, on July 3, 1990.  Her parents are Doug and Debbie Hurley of Unionville.  Samantha graduated from Putnam County R-1 High School. She worked at a variety of jobs including as a clerk at a convenience store. Samantha was a free spirit who liked to listen to music and hang out with her friends.  She loved to hike the creeks in search of unique rocks.  She enjoyed cook outs and eating BBQ.

Samantha is survived by two sons, Kevin Burrell and Bryson Peek, as well as her parents.  She is also survived by a brother, Jacob Wolfe.  Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Samantha was preceded in death by a son, Aiden Peek, and a grandmother, Barbara Peek.

A public visitation for Samantha will be held at Playle & Collins Family Funeral Home in Unionville from 10:00 – 11:00 am, Monday, January 4, 2021.  A private family service will be held at a later time.  Interment will be at the McCune Cemetery.
