Sherry Sizemore

Sherry Sizemore, 53 of Kirksville passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at her home.

The daughter of Dennis and Nancy (Garrett) True, she was born March 24, 1966 in Kirksville, MO. On August 3, 1996 in LaPlata, MO she married Steve Sizemore.

Sherry is survived by her husband, Steve; one daughter, Heather (Wesley) Squires of Norman, OK; two grandchildren, Bray and Nash Squires; her mother, Nancy Webb of Kirksville; her step-mother, Rose True of Kirksville; two brothers, Dennis True of AZ and Brandon (Amanda) True of Kirksville; and three sisters, Patty Harrelson of Kirksville, Tammy Boyce of Columbia, MO and Rachel (Kevin) Callahan of Baldwin City, KS.
She was preceded in death by her father and one son, Adam Lee Thomas.

Sherry grew up in Kirksville. She will be remembered as a fighter and she put her heart and soul in everything she did. She was a friend to everyone and was always there for her friends. She loved to bake. She loved her family and her grandson, Bray was her pride and joy.

Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2019 at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Hills Cemetery.
