Wilma Wagner

Wilma Wagner, 74 of Kirksville passed away Friday (October 11th, 2024) at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, MO.

The daughter of William Franklin and Retta Marie (Monroe) Cown, Wilma was born June 9th, 1950 in Ellensburg, WA. She spent her elementary year near LA California before moving to the Iron Range in Minnesota during high school.

Wilma is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Tim and Danelle; step children, Julie (Ken Ilies), Connie (Trampus Smith), and Andrew; step grandchildren, Kalie, Justin, Zane, and Grace. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Wilma had numerous jobs in addition to being a homemaker. Her favorite job was as a home health aide. She was a happier person after she found God. She had the ability to spot people who needed prayer. She enjoyed crocheting and traveling and especially loved going backroading.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Playle-Rimer-Millard Family Funeral Chapel with Pastor Kent Dunwoody officiating.
